AllShifts was born in 2003 as All American Healthcare, a family-owned staffing agency. Our mission? To take the pain out of staffing for nursing homes, assisted living and long-term care facilities, to provide the best possible care for patients and residents, and to help healthcare professionals realize their career potential. 

Exceptional customer service and rapid response times enabled All American Healthcare to grow from staffing seven states in the early days to serving all 50 US states today.

Reborn as AllShifts in 2023, we put our years of healthcare staffing experience to work and developed state-of-the-art technology that allows us to fill shifts nearly instantaneously – without losing the quality customer service that made us who we are.
